I am writing to you today with an emergent business need.

I had purchased my book of business three years ago and retained the provision to have a sunset period wherein I could find a suitable location to place my book or obtain direct access to carriers.

The sunset period is due to end soon.

I have yet to find a home for the Travelers and Nationwide clients we service.

I would like to ask if there is a provision within your company that I might co-locate these clients within your company until such time that I can wholly move them under my office?

Time is of the essence for me and I am hoping to find favorable terms.

I am looking for an office that is much like my office.

I am independent, not bound to a cluster or any other tying arrangement.

We are trying to grow in such a manor that we might achieve access to the over-rides and bonuses free of an over arching agreement which consumes a large portion of the benefits from our work.

I would like to offer something of value in exchange.

To do this, I would like to have a meeting of the minds and assure that together we would achieve a mutual benefit from this arrangement.

If you can help with a solution to my imminent carrier access quandary with Travelers and or Nationwide, I can assure that we have low loss ratios, are under favorable terms with all of our carriers and write a sufficient volume of insurance with each carrier to prevent a negative impact to your office.
